| 摘 要： | 目的:考察不同截留分子量超滤膜对丹参注射液中细菌内毒素的去除效果。方法:采用5、10、50K不同截留分子量超滤膜对丹参注射液进行超滤,以动态浊度法和HPLC分别检测超滤前后丹参注射液中细菌内毒素和有效成分的变化。结果:5、10、50K 3种超滤膜对丹参注射液中的细菌内毒素去除率分别为99.78%、99.25%、87.99%,对注射液中丹参素钠的透过基本无影响,对原儿茶醛有一定影响。结论:5K和10K截留分子量的超滤膜能很好的去除丹参注射液中的细菌内毒素,且对有效成分有很好的透过率,能用于丹参注射液的生产。
