《推拿治疗学》教学改革实践研究

摘    要:目的:观察《推拿治疗学》教学改革的教学实践效果。方法:将广西中医学院2005与2006级针推本科班分别作为实验组和对照组,两组统一课时,统一授课教师及教学内容。实验组采用新的教改方案,对照组采用传统的教学方案。采用教学效果调查问卷得分、临床实践能力考核量表记分以及理论考试成绩评价两组的教学效果、临床实践能力及理论成绩。结果:观察组与对照组比较,理论考试成绩差异无显著性(P>0.05),但教学效果问卷得分与临床实践考核成绩差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论:新的教改方案可以提高学生对教学的满意度和临床实践能力,从而激发学生学习兴趣,并为他们顺利走向实习阶段与工作岗位打下牢固的专业基础。
