| 摘 要： | 目的:对比观察电针与单纯针刺对脑梗塞偏瘫康复作用。方法:将80例脑梗塞偏瘫早期住院病人随机分成电针组(观察组)和单纯针刺组(对照组),每组40例,两组在采用相对统一的神经内科常规药物治疗的基础上分别给予电针疗法与单纯针刺,10天为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组与对照组总有效率(95%与87.5%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组愈显率(75%与45%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:电针对脑梗塞偏瘫的康复作用优于单纯针刺疗法。
