低分子肝素钠引起上消化道出血一例

[背景 ]低分子肝素钠对不稳定型心绞痛有明显疗效 ,且副作用小、安全 ,不需要凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间及抗凝血酶时间等的检测 .[病例报告 ]以阵发性心前区针刺样疼痛为主诉而入院的老年患者 1例 ,临床诊断为不稳定型心绞痛 ,用低分子肝素钠治疗后出现上消化道出血症状 ,且其凝血酶原时间明显延长 .[讨论 ]低分子肝素钠虽然副作用小、安全 ,但应用时应进行凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间及抗凝血酶时间等的检测 .
