2种用药方案治疗十二指肠溃疡的疗效及成本-效果分析

目的:观察2种用药方案治疗十二指肠溃疡(DU)的临床疗效,并进行成本-效果分析。方法:80例DU患者随机分为A组(奥美拉唑+胶体果胶铋+阿莫西林)与B组(奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林),各40例,疗程结束后复查胃镜,观察溃疡愈合率、临床症状缓解情况及成本-效果比。结果:A、B组镜下溃疡愈合率分别为100·00%、87·50%(P<0·05),药物总成本分别为182·74、314·08元,成本-效果比分别为182·74、358·95;与A组比较,B组增量成本-效果比为—1050·72。结论:A组用药方案治疗DU效果好,成本低,值得推广。

Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Omeprazole plus Colloidal Bismuth Pectin and Amoxicillin for Duodenal Ulcer

OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of omeprazole plus colloidal bismuth pectin and amoxicillin in the treatment of duodenal ulcer（DU） and on which a cost - effectiveness analysis was performed.METHODS：80 patients with DU were randomly assigned to receive omeprazole ＋ colloidal bismuth pectin ＋ amoxicillin（Group A, n = 40） or omeprazole ＋ clar-ithromycin ＋ amoxicillin（Group B, n = 40） .After the completion of treatment, gastroscopic examination was performed to observe the cure rate of DU and the improvement of clinical symptoms.The cost - effectiveness ratios were compared.RESULTS： In the two groups（A vs. B）, the cure rates under gastroscope were 100.00% vs.87.50% （P〈0.05）, the total drug costs were 182.74 yuan vs. 314.08 yuan, the cost- effectiveness ratios were 182.74 vs. 358.95, respectively.As compared with Group A, the incremental cost- effectiveness ratio of Group B was -1 050.72. CONCLUSION： The therapy of omeprazole ＋ colloidal bismuth pectin ＋ amoxicillin was proved to be effective in the treatment of DU yet at a low cost, which thus deserves to be popularized in the clinic.
