摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法测定血塞通注射液中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1的含量。方法采用C18柱作为色谱柱;乙腈-水线性梯度洗脱;检测波长203 nm。结果该方法能使样品中的3种皂苷成分得到良好的分离,且线性关系良好,平均加样回收率:三七皂苷R1为99.3%、人参皂苷Rg1为100.02%、人参皂苷Rb1为98.8%。RSD小于1.0%(n=5)。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为血塞通注射液中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objective A new HPLC linear gradient elution method was studied for the determination of Notoginsenoside R1 and Ginsenoside Rg1 ,Rb1 in Xuesaitong injection. Methods Spherisorb C18column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water gradient elution, the wavelength of detection was at 203 nm. Results 3 saponins were separated well, the average recovery was 99.3% for notoginsenoside R1 ,100.02% for ginsenoside RgI and 98.8% for ginsenoside Rb1 ;RSD were all lower than 1.0%. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid with satisfactory results . The results showed that the method can be used for control the quality of Xuesaitong injection.
