71例婴幼儿EB病毒感染的临床特征分析

目的分析婴幼儿EB病毒感染的临床特点,提高临床诊疗水平。方法对聚合酶链反应技术（PCR）测定的EBV-DNA阳性的71例EB病毒感染患儿的临床特征进行回顾性分析。结果 EB病毒感染的主要症状有发热98.6%、咽峡炎70.4%、淋巴结肿大19.7%、肝脾肿大8.5%、皮疹12.7%、咳嗽63.4%,其他还包括呕吐、腹泻、眼睑水肿、惊厥等,EB病毒感染的相关疾病以呼吸系统最常见,其次是循环系统、血液系统等。结论婴幼儿EB病毒感染临床表现复杂多样,PCR技术测定EBV-DNA有助于早期诊断。

Clinical Features of 71 Infants with Epstein-Barr Virus Infection
