糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷患者的临床急救措施及治疗效果分析

摘    要:目的研究糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷患者的临床急救措施及治疗效果分析。方法选择该院2015年1月—2019年3月收治的糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷患者26例作为研究对象,进行临床诊断和生化检查,根据实际情况静脉输液补充钾和钠、胰岛素,研究治疗效果。结果根据昏迷患者的渗透压、失水量及血糖水平,尽快给予静脉输液(钾和钠),治疗包括小剂量缓慢持续静脉滴注胰岛素和静脉输液逐渐补液,治疗有效19例,治疗显效6例,治疗无效1例。结论糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷患者应及早进行静脉输液调整体内渗透压、补充水分、小剂量静脉滴注胰岛素,获得良好治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical first aid measures and treatment effects of diabetic patients with non-ketotic hyperosmolar coma.Methods Twenty-six patients with diabetic non-ketotic hyperosmolar coma who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to March 2019 were selected as subjects for clinical diagnosis and biochemical examination.According to the actual situation,intravenous infusion supplemented with potassium and sodium,insulin.To study the therapeutic effect.Results According to the osmotic pressure,water loss and blood glucose level of comatose patients,intravenous infusion(potassium and sodium)was given as soon as possible.The treatment included low-dose slow continuous intravenous infusion of insulin and intravenous infusion.The treatment was effective in 19 cases and the treatment was effective in 6 cases,the treatment was ineffective in 1 case.Conclusion Patients with diabetic non-ketotic hyperosmolar coma should be treated with intravenous infusion to adjust osmotic pressure,water,and small dose intravenous insulin to obtain good therapeutic effect.
