甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍在改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能中的应用

目的分析甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍在改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能中的应用效果。方法 2017年3月-2018年8月在该中心遴选84例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为治疗组(n=42例)和对照组(n=42例),分别应用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗、单独的甘精胰岛素治疗。比较两组疗效,观察空腹血糖等血糖指标和空腹胰岛素等胰岛功能指标的变化,记录不良反应。结果治疗组的总有效率为92.86%,比对照组的76.19%效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率为11.9%,对照组为16.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍在改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能中的应用临床效果显著。

Application of Insulin Glargine Combined with Metformin in Improving Islet Function in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To analyze the effect of insulin glargine combined with metformin in improving islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 84 patients with type 2 diabetes from March 2017 to August 2018 were selected in the center and randomLy divided into treatment group(n=42 cases) and control group(n=42 cases). They were treated with insulin glargine combined with metformin and insulin glargine alone. Compare the efficacy of the two groups, observe the changes of fasting glucose and other blood glucose indexes and fasting insulin and other islet function indexes, and record adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%, which was more efficient than the control group of 76.19%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 11.9%, and the control group was 16.67%, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with metformin can improve the islet function of patients with type 2 diabetes.
