个体化饮食用于妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩中的效果观察

目的探讨个体化饮食用于妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩中的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年3月在该院产检并经阴道分娩的产妇88例为研究对象,根据产程管理方法不同分组,对照组44例产程中常规饮食,观察组44例在产程中实施个体化饮食,对两组产妇产程中血糖正常率及产程时间、新生儿低血糖发生率进行观察。结果观察组第一产程、第二产程时的血糖正常率明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿低血糖发生率为4.55%,较对照组20.45%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化饮食用于妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩中能稳定产程中血糖水平,促进产程进展,降低新生儿低血糖发生率,值得推广。

Observation on the Effect of Individualized Diet in Delivery of Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

Objective To investigate the effect of individualized diet on delivery of pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods Eighty-eight cases of women undergoing vaginal delivery in the hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were grouped according to different methods of labor management.The control group had 44 routine diets during labor and the observation group 44 had labor during labor Individualized diet was implemented to observe the normal rate and duration of blood glucose,and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the newborns in the two groups.Results The normal rate of blood glucose in the first and second stages of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first and second stages of the observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia was 4.55%,which was lower than the control group’s 20.45%(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized diet used in gestational diabetic women during delivery can stabilize the blood glucose level during delivery,promote the progress of labor,and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in newborns.
