胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病合并妊娠患者的疗效分析

目的分析胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病合并妊娠患者的疗效。方法选择2018年2月—2019年1月在该院接受治疗的56例2型糖尿病合并妊娠患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组患者选择胰岛素泵治疗,对照组患者采取传统的多次皮下注射方式进行治疗。经过治疗干预后比较两组患者的血糖情况、体质量指数、并发症情况及妊娠结局。结果经过治疗干预,观察组患者的空腹血糖含量为(5.17±0.68)mmol/L,并发症发生率为17.85%,体质量指数为(21.22±2.03)kg/m2,对照组患者的空腹血糖含量为(5.62±0.98)mmol/L,并发症发生率为32.14%,体质量指数为(24.78±2.04)kg/m2。且统计结果显示,观察组患者的妊娠结局要在一定程度上优于对照组。结论采取胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病合并妊娠可以取得较好的治疗效果,且有助于降低患者并发症的发生率,改善患者妊娠结局。

Efficacy of Insulin Pump in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Pregnancy

Objective To analyze the efficacy of insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with pregnancy.Methods 56 patients with type 2 diabetes and pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group patients were treated with insulin pump,and the control group patients were treated with traditional multiple subcutaneous injections were used for treatment.After treatment,blood glucose,body mass index,complications and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment intervention,the fasting blood glucose level in the observation group was(5.17±0.68)mmol/L,the complication rate was 17.85%,and the body mass index was(21.22±2.03)kg/m2.It was(5.62±0.98)mmol/L,the complication rate was 32.14%,and the body mass index was(24.78±2.04)kg/m2.And the statistical results show that the pregnancy outcome of patients in the observation group is better than that of the control group to a certain extent.Conclusion The use of insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with pregnancy can achieve better results,and it can help reduce the incidence of complications and improve pregnancy outcomes.
