| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒的发病诱因。方法收集该院糖尿病酮症酸中毒83例患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果引起糖尿病酮症酸中毒的诱因中第一位是治疗依从性差,第二位是饮食控制不良,其次是急性感染,劳累、应激及不明原因等因素。结论正确认识糖尿病酮症酸中毒的诱因,加强糖尿病的健康教育是减少糖尿病酮症酸中毒发病率及降低病死率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the causes of diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods The clinical data of 83 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in our hospital were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results The first cause of diabetic ketoacidosis was poor treatment compliance,the second was poor diet control,followed by acute infection,fatigue,stress,and unknown causes.Conclusion Correctly understanding the causes of diabetic ketoacidosis and strengthening the health education of diabetes are the key to reducing the incidence and mortality of diabetic ketoacidosis. |
