针对性护理对卵巢囊肿合并糖尿病患者护理满意度的影响观察

目的研究卵巢囊肿合并糖尿病患者行针对性护理对满意度的影响。方法选择该院2017年1月-2019年1月收治的卵巢囊肿合并糖尿病患者78例,按照随机数字表法分组,每组39例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取针对性护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组入院血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术前血糖和术后血糖低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿合并糖尿病患者采用针对性护理可以更好地提升患者护理满意度,卵巢囊肿合并糖尿病患者采用针对性护理效果确切,可以更好地改善患者护理满意度,有利于患者血糖的控制,值得予以临床使用和推广。

Observation on the Effect of Targeted Nursing on Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Ovarian Cyst and Diabetes

Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing care on satisfaction of patients with ovarian cysts and diabetes.Methods 78 patients with ovarian cysts and diabetic patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method,39 cases/group.The control group received routine care.The observation group received targeted care.The effect of patient care in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in admission blood glucose between the observation group and(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the observation group.The preoperative blood glucose and postoperative blood glucose were lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group has higher nursing satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of targeted care for patients with ovarian cysts and diabetes can better improve the patient’s satisfaction with care.The effectiveness of targeted care for patients with ovarian cysts and diabetes can be improved,which can better improve the patient’s satisfaction with care and help control blood glucose,which is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
