糖尿病合并心血管患者行双源螺旋CT冠状动脉成像安全性护理

目的探究分析糖尿病合并心血管患者行双源螺旋CT冠状动脉成像安全性护理方法及效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年8月于该院收治的208例行双源螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的糖尿病合并心血管疾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表将患者随机分为两组,对照组104例冠状动脉成像期间给予一般指导,观察组104例冠状动脉成像期间给予安全性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组104例的冠状动脉成像一次成功率95.2%、检查时间5 min内比例93.3%、心率过快发生率4.8%与对照组的冠状动脉成像一次成功率75.0%、检查时间5 min内比例76.9%、心率过快发生率17.3%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组104例的图像质量(1级、2级、3级)优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的空腹血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组104例的护理满意度98.1%大于对照组的82.7%(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并心血管患者行双源螺旋CT冠状动脉成像时给予安全性护理,可有效提高成像成功率,减少不良反应,提高冠状动脉成像的图像质量。

Dual-source Spiral CT Coronary Artery Imaging Safety Care for Diabetic Patients with Cardiovascular Disease

Objective To investigate and analyze the safety nursing methods and effects of dual-source spiral CT coronary artery imaging in diabetic patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods A total of 208 patients with diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease who underwent dual-source spiral CT coronary artery imaging in the hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table.The 104 patients in the control group were given general guidance during coronary artery imaging,and the 104 patients in the observation group were given safety nursing during coronary imaging.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The coronary arterial imaging success rate in the observation group was 95.2%,the rate of examination within 5 min was 93.3%,and the rate of excessive heart rate was 4.8%.The coronary artery imaging success rate in the control group was 75.0%,the proportion within 5 min was 76.9%,and the rate of excessive heart rate was 17.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The image quality(grade 1,grade 2,grade 3)of the observation group(104 cases)was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose level in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of 104 patients in the observation group was 98.1%greater than that in the control group(82.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The safety of dualsource spiral CT coronary artery imaging in diabetic patients with cardiovascular disease can effectively improve the imaging success rate,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the image quality of coronary artery imaging.
