通心络胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

目的研究通心络胶囊治疗在2型糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗当中的应用效果以及应用价值。方法选取该院接收的100例2型糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛患者,该次实验研究的时间范围为2018年3月-2019年3月,采用随机分组法将其分为实验组与对照组,实验组患者采用通心络胶囊治疗方法来进行治疗,对照组则给予常规的治疗方法进行治疗,将两组患者血糖以及血脂、治疗效果、治疗满意度、心电图改变有效率进行比较。结果①实验组患者的治疗满意度明显高于对照组患者,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中实验组的很满意人数为20例、满意人数为26例,不满意人数为4例,总满意人数为46例,满意率为92.00%,对照组患者的很满意人数20例、满意人数18例、不满意人数12例,总满意人数为38例,满意率为76.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.762,P=0.029)。②实验组患者的治疗效果明显高于对照组,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.762,P=0.029)。③实验组患者的心功能指标优于对照组患者,两组之间差异有统计学意义(t=25.511,13.136,9.923,4.030;P=0.000,0.000,0.000)。④实验组患者心电图改变有效率优于对照组患者,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊治疗在对2型糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗工作当中效果良好,可以有效的提高患者的治疗效果以及治疗满意度,改善患者的血糖以及血脂水平,安全性较高,可以在临床治疗的工作当中进一步推广应用。

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on Angina Pectoris of Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the application effect and value of Tongxinluo Capsule in the treatment of patients with type2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease and angina pectoris received in our hospital were selected. The time range of this experimental study was from March 2018 to March 2019. They were divided into experimental group and control group by random grouping. Compared with the control group, the patients in the experimental group were treated with Tongxinluo Capsules, and the control group was given conventional treatments. The blood glucose and blood lipids, treatment effects, treatment satisfaction, and ECG changes were compared between the two groups. Results 1.The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Among them, the number of very satisfied in the experimental group was 20 cases, the number of satisfied was 26 cases, the number of dissatisfied was 4 cases, the total number of satisfied was 46 cases, and the satisfaction rate was92.00%. The number of very satisfied in the control group was 20 cases and the number of satisfied 18 cases There were12 cases people who were dissatisfied, and the total number of satisfied people was 38 cases. The satisfaction rate was76.00%,the difference was statistically significant. 2.The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=4.762, P=0.029). 3.The cardiac function indexes of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. The data between the two groups was significantly different, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=25.511,13.136, 9.923, 4.029;P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000). 4.The efficiency of ECG changes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group. and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Tongxinluo Capsule is effective in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. It can effectively improve the treatment effect and satisfaction of patients, improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients, and it is safe. It can be further promoted and applied in clinical treatment.
