人性化护理服务在2型糖尿病护理中的应用

目的探究人性化护理服务对2型糖尿病患者的影响。方法择取2018年8月—2019年10月期间该院收治的90例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据数字表法进行随机分组,包括对照组45例和观察组45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人性化护理,比较两组患者护理前后血糖水平及遵医行为。结果两组患者护理前血糖水平差异经统计学比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者血糖水平指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者遵医行为高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者的护理中实施人性化护理服务能够有效维持患者良好的血糖水平,提升其遵医行为,对其病情控制有良好意义,因此可以在临床中进行推广应用。

Application of Humanized Nursing Service in the Nursing of Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To explore the impact of humanized nursing services on patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in the hospital from August 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the numerical table method,including 45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given humanized care.The blood glucose levels and compliance behaviors of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results The differences in blood glucose levels before nursing between the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the blood glucose levels of patients in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Patient compliance was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing services in the care of patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively maintain the patients’good blood glucose levels,improve their compliance with the doctors,and have good significance for their disease control,so they can be promoted and applied in the clinic.
