多元化健康教育对血液透析患者健康知识掌握及运动耐量的影响

目的分析多元化健康教育对血液透析患者的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年10月至2019年12月期间在我院接受治疗的50例血液透析患者的临床资料,依据护理模式的不同,将上述入选者进一步划分为对照组(常规护理,25例)与观察组(多元化健康教育,25例),对比两组患者健康知识掌握情况及运动耐量。结果观察组对疾病自我监测、药物治疗、运动锻炼知识掌握率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组6 min步行距离对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组6 min步行距离长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者采用多元化健康教育,可提高健康知识掌握度,增加运动耐量,临床效果显著。

The Influence of Diversified Health Education on Health Knowledge and Exercise Tolerance of Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To analyze the influence of diversified health education on hemodialysis patients. Methods The clinical data of 50 hemodialysis patients who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different nursing modes,the above selected patients were further divided into the control group(routine nursing,25 cases) and the observation group( diversified health education,25 cases). The mastery of health knowledge and exercise tolerance of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of mastering disease self-monitoring,drug treatment and exercise knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 05);before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the 6-minute walking distance(P>0.05);after intervention,the 6-minute walking distance in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P< 0.05). Conclusion Multiple health education can improve the mastery of health knowledge and exercise tolerance of hemodialysis patients.
