直肠癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理效果

目的探讨直肠癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理要点。方法选择直肠癌合并糖尿病患者86例为研究对象,时间节点为2017年9月-2019年5月,以随机分组为原则,分成各43例的观察组、对照组,对照组采取一般性护理,观察组采取优质护理,比较两组护理前后焦虑及抑郁状况、术后切口愈合时间、疼痛程度以及护理满意度。结果护理后两组焦虑及抑郁程度均改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);切口愈合时间、疼痛程度,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度对照组81.4%,观察组为95.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组餐后2 h血糖及空腹血糖优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌合并糖尿病围手术期开展优质护理服务可缓解患者负面情绪、缓解疼痛。

Perioperative Nursing Effect of Patients with Rectal Cancer and Diabetes

Objective To explore the main points of nursing for patients with rectal cancer and diabetes during perioperative period.Methods 86 patients with rectal cancer and diabetes were selected as the study pair,and the time node was 2017-9 to 2019-5.Based on the principle of random grouping,they were divided into observation group and control group of 43 cases each.The control group received general nursing and observation.The observation group took high-quality care,and compared the anxiety and depression status,postoperative incision healing time,pain degree,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The degree of anxiety and depression were improved in the two groups after nursing,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the healing time and pain degree of the incision group were better than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction control group was 81.4%and the observation group was 95.3%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood glucose and fasting blood glucose at 2 h after meal in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative operation of rectal cancer with diabetes can improve the negative emotion and pain of patients.
