手术室护理干预在结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者中的护理效果

目的探讨手术室护理干预在结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者中的护理效果。方法选择该院收治的72例结石性胆囊炎伴糖尿病患者作为探讨对象,其中2017年10月—2018年4月收治的36例为对照组,采用常规手术室护理干预,2018年5—11月收治的36例为探讨组,采用手术室优质护理干预,对两组患者的血糖、术后情况及并发症出现概率进行分析比较。结果经过干预,探讨组术后排气时间及术后下床活动时间短于对照组,且空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、并发症发生率更低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者中使用手术室护理干预能有效降低其并发症概率,降低其血糖水平,同时缩短其治疗时间。

Nursing Effect of Operating Room Nursing Intervention in Patients with Calculus Cholecystitis and Diabetes

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of operating room nursing intervention in patients with calculus cholecystitis combined with diabetes.Methods 72 patients with calculus cholecystitis and diabetes admitted in the hospital were selected as the object of investigation.Among them,36 patients admitted from October 2017 to April 2018 were used as the control group,and they were treated with routine operating room nursing intervention.From May to November 2018,36 cases treated as the research group.The quality of blood glucose,postoperative conditions and the probability of complications were analyzed and compared by using high-quality nursing intervention in the operating room.Results After intervention,the postoperative exhaust time and the time of getting out of bed in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the fasting blood glucose value,2 h postprandial blood glucose value,and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of operating room nursing intervention in patients with calculus cholecystitis and diabetes can effectively reduce the probability of complications,reduce blood glucose levels,and shorten the treatment time.
