| 摘 要： | 目的研究2型糖尿病合并胃溃疡采用泮托拉唑治疗的临床价值。方法选择该院接收的66例2型糖尿病合并胃溃疡患者,采纳随机数字表法分观察组(泮托拉唑)与对照组(奥美拉唑)各33例,比较两组血糖指标与临床疗效。结果治疗前两组血糖指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组比较,观察组空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖较低;治疗有效率较高,观察组不良反应发生率(6.06%)低于对照组24.24%(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并胃溃疡能提高整体疗效,便于控制疾病进展。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of pantoprazole in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 66 patients with type 2 diabetes and gastric ulcer received in the hospital were selected.The random number table was used to divide observation group(pantoprazole)and control group(omeprazole)into 33 cases each.Clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05);compared with the control group after treatment,the fasting blood glucose in the observation group was lower than in 2 h after meals and higher in effective rate;the adverse reaction rate(6.06%)was lower than the control group 24.24%(P<0.05).Conclusion Pantoprazole in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with gastric ulcer can improve the overall efficacy and facilitate the control of disease progression. |
