浅析2型糖尿病合并糖尿病足临床规范治疗体会

目的分析2型糖尿病合并糖尿病足患者临床规范治疗方法与效果。方法 2019年2月-2020年2月选取该院接诊的50例2型糖尿病合并糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析患者临床资料,皆采取临床规范治疗,包括积极控制血糖、扩血管与改善微循环治疗、抗感染治疗、支持及对症治疗等,总结分析临床治疗效果。结果 50例患者经过规范治疗后,其中痊愈32例、有效17例、无效1例,总有效率98.00%;药物不良反应发生仅有1例,发生率为2.00%。结论 2型糖尿病合并糖尿病足患者采用规范治疗可以取得比较良好的效果,总有效率与安全性较高。

Analysis of Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Diabetic Foot

Objective To analyze the clinical standard treatment methods and effects of patients with type 2 diabetes and diabetic foot. Methods Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes comp licated with diabetic foot admitted to this hospital from February 2019 to February were selected as the research object, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with clinical norms, including actively controlling blood glucose, expanding blood vessels and improving microcirculation treatment, and anti-infection Treatment, support and symptomatic treatment, etc., summarize and analyze the clinical treatment effect. Results After standard treatment of 50 patients, 32 patients were cured, 17 patients were effective, and 1 patient was ineffective. The total effective rate was 98.00%. Adverse drug reactions occurred in only 1 case,and the incidence was 2.00%. Conclusion The standard treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes and diabetic foot can achieve relatively good results, and the total effective rate and safety are high.
