基于5E理念的康复护理在老年人工全髋关节置换术患者中的应用

目的探讨基于5E理念的康复护理在老年人工全髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年10月-2019年7月于我院行人工全髋关节置换术治疗的100例老年患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分为2组,各50例。对照组接受常规康复护理,观察组接受基于5E理念的康复护理。比较两组康复时间、髋关节功能及日常生活能力。结果观察组住院时长、术后恢复活动时间及髋关节恢复活动时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后Harris髋关节评分系统评分及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于5E理念的康复护理可有效缩短老年人工全髋关节置换术患者术后恢复时间,提升其髋关节功能及日常生活能力。

Application of 5E-based Rehabilitation Nursing in Elderly Patients Undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing based on 5 E concept in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients who underwent artificial total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from October 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,50 cases each. The control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing based on the 5 E concept. Recovery time,hip function,and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay,the time of postoperative recovery activity and the time of hip recovery activity in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P< 0.05). The Harris hip scoring system score and daily living ability scale after intervention between the two groups( ADL) scores were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing based on the 5 E concept can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time of elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty and improve their hip joint function and daily life ability.
