中医护理对社区糖尿病患者自我效能及应对方式的影响

目的探讨中医护理模式对社区糖尿病患者自我效能及应对方式的影响。方法在该社区内,在2018年10月—2019年10月时间内,随机选取100例糖尿病患者,根据一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)的原则,按照人数1∶1的方法对患者进行分组。其中,接受常规护理的患者为对照组,共50例,在常规护理基础上接受中医护理的患者为研究组,共50例。以护理前后,患者血糖水平、自我效能评分、应对方式评分作为观察指标,对护理效果进行评价。结果护理前,研究组与对照组血糖水平、自我效能评分、应对方式评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组均显著改善,且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理模式对改善社区糖尿病患者的自我效能及应对方式有积极效果,因此值得推广。

Effect of TCM Nursing on Self-efficacy and Coping Styles of Diabetic Patients in Community

Objective To explore the influence of TCM nursing mode on self-efficacy and coping styles of diabetic patients in the community.Methods Within this community,from October 2018 to October 2019,100 patients with diabetes were randomly selected.According to the principle of no difference in general information(P>0.05),patients were grouped according to the number of people 1∶1.Among them,the patients receiving conventional care were the control group,a total of 50 cases,and the patients receiving traditional Chinese medical care on the basis of conventional care were the study group,a total of 50 cases.Before and after nursing,the patient's blood glucose level,self-efficacy score,and coping style score were used as observation indicators to evaluate the nursing effect.Results There were no significant differences in blood glucose levels,self-efficacy scores,and coping style scores between the study group and the control group before nursing(P>0.05),and the two groups improved significantly after nursing,and the research group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM nursing model has positive effects on improving self-efficacy and coping styles of diabetic patients in the community,so it is worth promoting.
