糖尿病母亲的新生儿特点及临床护理措施探讨

目的解析糖尿病母亲的新生儿特点,同时对其实施临床护理干预,分析其护理效果。方法该研究择取2018年11月—2019年7月份该院收治的93例糖尿病母亲新生儿为对象,在新生儿住院期间给予患者护理干预,在产前,产中以及新生儿出生后监护护理干预,同时给予新生儿合理喂养和规范消毒隔离护理干,密切关注新生儿的血糖变化情况。结果参与研究的93例糖尿病母亲新生儿中,其中有3例发生高胆红素血症,有5例发生低血糖症,有6例新生儿为先天性畸形。当给予新生儿展开相应的护理干预措施之后,其症状均得到一定恢复,且没有出现并发症,随后给予患儿展开全面检查后其全部出院。另外,93例患者中其非常满意+满意+一般满意=90例,所占比例为96.77%。结论对于糖尿病母亲新生儿而言,由于母亲身体不好使得新生儿会发生较多的严重并发症,相应的其临床症状却不是很显著,对此应该对新生儿实施有效护理,从而实现减少并发症发生率的目的。

Discussion on Neonatal Characteristics and Clinical Nursing Measures of Diabetic Mothers

Objective To analyze the characteristics of neonates of diabetic mothers,at the same time implement clinical nursing interventions,and analyze their nursing effects.Methods In this study,93 neonates with diabetic mothers admitted in the hospital from November 2018 to July 2019 were selected as patients.Nursing interventions monitoring and nursing intervention were given during the neonatal hospitalization period,while giving newborns reasonable feeding and standardizing disinfection and isolation nursing care,pay close attention to the blood glucose changes of newborns.Results Of the 93 neonates with diabetes mothers who participated in the study,3 had hyperbilirubinemia,5 had hypoglycemia,and6 had neonatal congenital malformations.After the newborns were given the appropriate nursing interventions,their symptoms recovered to a certain extent and no complications occurred.The children were then discharged from the hospital after a comprehensive examination.In addition,93 patients were very satisfied+satisfied+generally satisfied=90 cases,accounting for 96.77%.Conclusion For neonates with diabetic mothers,due to the poor health of the mother,more serious complications will occur in the newborn,but the corresponding clinical symptoms are not very significant.Effective nursing of the newborn should be implemented to reduce the complication rate.
