脑梗死合并糖尿病患者的护理体会

目的探讨糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的临床护理。方法抽取2018年9月-2019年9月在该院接受治疗的脑梗死合并糖尿病患者78例,按照随机抽样的方式将78例患者平均分为两组,即对照组与实验组,每组患者均为39例。对照组行常规护理,实验组行综合护理,对比两组治疗效果。结果护理后实验组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白分别为(5.18±1.32)mmol/L、(8.15±2.36)mmol/L、(8.33±2.17)g/L,对照组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白分别为(7.21±3.14)mmol/L、(10.58±4.96)mmol/L、(10.36±3.45)g/L(t=8.101、9.331、7.675,P<0.05);实验组患者自理能力Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级分别为25(64.10%)、13(33.33%)、1(2.56%),对照组自理能力Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级分别为15(38.46%)、19(48.71%)、5(12.82%),(χ2=11.245、8.256、7.257,P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者实施综合护理能够降低患者的血糖,提高患者的自理能力,值得在临床上推广。

Nursing Experience of Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Diabetes

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing of patients with diabetes complicated by cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy-eight patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected, and 78 patients were divided into two groups by random sampling, that is, the control group and the experimental group. Each group of patients were 39 cases. The control group received routine nursing care,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing care. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin in the experimental group were(5.18±1.32)mmol/L,(8.15±2.36)mmol/L, and(8.33±2.17)g/L, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin were(7.21±3.14)mmol/L,(10.58±4.96)mmol/L,(10.36±3.45)g/L(t=8.101, 9.331, 7.675, P<0.05);experiment group of the selfcare ability of patients in the group was 25(64.10%), 13(33.33%), and 1(2.56%), while the self-care ability of the control group was 15(38.46%), 19(48.71%), 5(12.82%) (χ2=11.245, 8.256, 7.257, P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of patients with cerebral infarction combined with diabetes can reduce the patients’ blood glucose and improve their self-care ability, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
