冠状动脉内支架植入术后患者早期渐进式综合性康复护理的干预研究

目的探究早期渐进式综合性康复护理对冠状动脉内支架植入术后患者的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年1月-2019年11月在我院行冠状动脉内支架植入术治疗的患者150例的临床资料,根据干预方式不同分为对照组(常规护理,75例)和观察组(常规护理+早期渐进式综合性康复护理,75例)。对比两组干预前后血脂水平及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后物质生活状态、社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉内支架植入术后患者行早期渐进式综合性康复护理的干预效果较为显著,有利于调节患者血脂水平,改善其生活质量。

Intervention Study on Early Progressive Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients after Coronary Stent Implantation

Objective To explore the effect of early progressive comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on patients after coronary stent implantation. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 150 patients who underwent coronary stent implantation in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2019 was divided into control group(routine care,75 cases) and observation according to different intervention methods. Group(routine care + early progressive comprehensive rehabilitation care,75 cases).The blood lipid levels and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the levels of triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were higher than those in the control group. Group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s physical life status,social function,psychological function,physical function score were higher than the control group after the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The early progressive comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients after coronary stent implantation is more effective,which is beneficial to adjust the blood lipid level of patients and improve their quality of life.
