| 摘 要： | 目的探讨延伸护理对慢性肝病患者诊治的具体疗效。方法将2017年10月至2019年6月南通大学附属医院收治的60例慢性肝病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对两组患者给予常规护理的同时,将延伸护理内涵添加到试验组。比较两组患者的生活质量、治疗依从性和护理满意度评分。结果在生活质量评分方面,试验组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组的治疗依从性和护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论延伸护理可有效改善患者的生活质量,提高治疗依从性和患者的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of extension nursing care in health education for patients with chronic liver disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic liver disease in Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from Oct.2017 to Jun.2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Each group had 30 patients.All patients were given routine nursing,and on this basis,the extension nursing connotation was added to the experimental group.Nursing effect questionnaire including life quality,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The life quality of experimental group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction ratio of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Extension nursing can effectively improve patients’life quality,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction,and it is worthy of clinical application. |
