复方氨基酸脂质体营养敷料联合术优康在糖尿病足溃疡患者中的临床应用效果观察

目的探讨复方氨基酸脂质体营养敷料(创玉舒)和聚氨基葡萄糖羧酸钠生物胶体液(术优康)在糖尿病足溃疡患者中的运用效果。方法选取该院2015年1月—2019年9月收治的104例糖尿病足溃疡患者作为研究对象,基于随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组52例;对照组采取基础治疗加传统创面处理方法,观察组在基础治疗和传统创面处理基础上,采取术优康联合创玉舒处理创面,对比分析两组创面愈合速度和总体临床疗效。结果观察组在第2、4、6、8周溃疡创面愈合速度明显快于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组的69.23%。结论复方氨基酸脂质体营养敷料和聚氨基葡萄糖羧酸钠生物胶体液在治疗糖尿病足溃疡患者中效果显著。

Clinical Effect of Compound Amino Acid Liposome Nutrition Dressing Combined with Youkang in Patients with Diabetic Foot Ulcer

Objective To investigate the effect of compound amino acid liposome nutrition dressing(Chuangyushu)and sodium glucosamine biocolloid solution(Shuyoukang)in patients with diabetic foot ulcers.Methods 104 cases of diabetic foot ulcers treated in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group based on random number table method,each group had 52 cases.The control group adopted basic wound treatment methods.Based on the basic treatment and traditional wound treatment,the observation group took Shuyoukang and Chuangyushu to treat the wounds,and compared and analyzed the healing speed and overall clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The healing speed of ulcer wounds in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group at the second week,four weeks,six weeks,and eight weeks(P<0.01);the total effective rate in the observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than the control group's 69.23%.Conclusion Compound amino acid liposome nutrition dressing and polyglucosamine sodium biocolloid fluid have significant effects in treating diabetic foot ulcers.
