优质护理结合妊娠期糖尿病孕期体重指数管理对新生儿体重的影响

目的观察分析优质护理结合妊娠期糖尿病孕期体重指数管理对新生儿体重的影响。方法选取该院(在2019年3—9月)收治的240例妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇患者,按照数字随机表法分为实验组(120例,应用优质护理结合妊娠期糖尿病孕期体重指数管理方法)和对照组(120例,应用常规护理结合妊娠期糖尿病孕期体重指数管理方法)。采用统计学分析两组妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇患者护理前后的平均空腹血糖水平、平均餐后2 h血糖水平、新生儿情况(巨大儿、畸形儿、低体重儿、早产儿以及新生儿窒息等)、妊娠结局(产后出血、剖宫产以及引导助产等)。结果两组妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇患者护理前平均空腹血糖水平、平均餐后2 h血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇患者护理后平均空腹血糖水平、平均餐后2 h血糖水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组巨大儿、畸形儿、低体重儿、早产儿以及新生儿窒息发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇患者的产后出血、剖宫产以及引导助产等发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理结合妊娠期糖尿病孕期体重指数管理能够加强孕妇健康意识,从而有效控制新生儿体重,维持良好的母婴结局。

Effect of Quality Nursing Combined with Body Mass Index Management During Pregnancy on Neonatal Weight

Objective To observe the effect of quality nursing combined with the management of body mass index during pregnancy on the weight of newborns.Methods A total of 240 pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted to the hospital(March to September 2019)were enrolled in the experimental group according to the numerical random table method(120 cases,combined with quality nursing combined with gestational diabetes during pregnancy management method)and control group(120 cases,combined with routine nursing combined with gestational diabetes during pregnancy weight index management method).Statistical analysis of the average fasting blood glucose level before and after treatment in pregnant women with gestational diabetes,average 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels,neonatal status(macro,deformed,low birth weight,premature infants,neonatal asphyxia,etc.)Pregnancy outcomes(postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section,and guided midwifery,etc.).Results There was no significant difference in the mean fasting blood glucose level and the average postprandial 2h blood glucose level between the two groups of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(P>0.05).The average fasting blood glucose level of the pregnant women in the experimental group during pregnancy was average.The blood glucose level at 2 hours after meal was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of asphyxia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section and guided midwifery in pregnant women with diabetes was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality care combined with gestational diabetes during pregnancy can increase the health awareness of pregnant women,thus effectively controlling the weight of newborns and maintaining a good maternal and child outcome.
