动静脉内瘘维持性血液透析患者采用针对性护理的临床价值

目的评价动静脉内瘘维持性血液透析患者采用针对性护理的临床价值。方法选取2018年2月-2019年7月收治的60例行动静脉内瘘维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,按照计算机随机分组法将其分为对照组(30例)、观察组(30例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理,比较两组内瘘使用时间、患者负面心理评分、生存质量。结果观察组内瘘使用时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者负面心理评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生存质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在动静脉内瘘维持性血液透析患者护理中,采用针对性护理干预,既可延长内瘘使用时间,又能缓解患者负面心理、提高生存质量,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

The Clinical Value of Targeted Nursing in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis of Arteriovenous Fistula

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of targeted nursing in patients with maintenance hemodialysis of arteriovenous fistula.Methods 60 hemodialysis patients with AVF admitted from February 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(30 cases) and observation group(30 cases) according to the method of computer random grouping. Routine nursing was used in the control group,and targeted nursing was used in the observation group. Results The use time of internal fistula in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the negative psychological score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of maintenance hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous internal fistula,targeted nursing intervention can not only prolong the use time of internal fistula,but also alleviate the negative psychology of patients and improve the quality of life. It has high clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
