延续性护理模式对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及自我管理的影响研究

目的探讨分析延续性护理模式对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及自我管理的影响。方法从2018年4月-2019年4月于该院收治的2型糖尿病患者病例中,选取120例作为研究对象,结合随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,各为60例,观察组和对照组分别实施常规护理联合延续性护理模式、常规护理模式,对两组患者干预1年时空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及护理满意度等进行对比和观察。结果在干预前,两组患者血糖自我管理相关指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在干预后,两组患者相关指标均出现降低,且观察组血糖自我管理相关指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总体满意度为98.33%,对照组为86.67%,观察组的总体满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者血糖控制方面,延续性护理模式具有良好的应用价值,不仅可以对患者血糖进行控制,而且还可以将患者自我管理能力提升上来,确保患者护理满意度的稳步提升。

Effect of Continuous Nursing Mode on Blood Glucose Control and Self-Management in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing mode on blood glucose control and self-management of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods From the cases of type 2 diabetes patients admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019,120 cases were selected as research objects,and the random number table method was used to divide them into observation group and control group,each with 60 cases.The observation group and the control group implemented conventional nursing combined with continuous nursing mode and conventional nursing mode,and compared and observed the fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients during 1 year intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose self-management related indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the related indexes of the two groups of patients decreased,and the blood glucose self-management related indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction of the observation group was 98.33%,and the control group was 86.67%,The overall satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing model has good application value in the blood glucose control of patients with type 2 diabetes.It can not only control the blood glucose of the patient,but also improve the patient's self-management ability to ensure the steady improvement of patient care satisfaction.
