循证护理在妊娠期糖尿病护理中的应用分析

目的文章就妊娠期糖尿病护理中应用循证护理效果展开分析。方法通由该院2018年6月—2019年6月中所收治妊娠期糖尿病患者中随机选择80例作研究对象,然后利用抽签法将她们均分成观察组和对照组。前者临床护理上采取循证护理,后者则给予常规举措。借助于护理后空腹与餐后2 h血糖、护理满意率这两项指标比较两组患者情况。结果护理后与餐后2 h血糖比较中,观察组患者均明显小于对照组;护理满意率比较中,观察组以95.0%(38/40)远大于对照组77.5%(31/40)。且以上两项比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在妊娠期糖尿病护理中的应用不仅能够帮助患者很好地控制血糖,同时也可以促使护理满意率提高。

Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Gestational Diabetes Care

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in gestational diabetes care.Methods 80 cases of gestational diabetes patients were randomly selected from our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019,and then they were divided into observation group and control group by lot.The former adopted evidence-based nursing in clinical nursing,while the latter adopted routine measures.The fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose and nursing satisfaction rates were used to compare the two groups of patients.Results the patients in the observation group were significantly smaller than the control group in the comparison of blood glucose after nursing and 2 h after meals,in the comparison of the satisfaction rate of nursing,the observation group was 95.0%(38/40)much larger than the control group 77.5%(31/40).And the above two comparison differences constitute statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in gestational diabetes care can not only help patients to control blood glucose well,but also promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction rate.
