基于VAR模型的我国综合医院经济效率及其影响因素分析

目的:明确我国综合医院经济效率的影响因素及影响程度,切实促进我国医疗卫生事业高质量发展。方法:建立向量自回归模型(VAR模型)并对2003—2018年我国主要综合医院数据进行分析。结果:我国综合医院医疗效率受医院数量、医务人员数量、政府卫生支出、社会卫生支出等因素影响较为明显。其中政府卫生支出、社会卫生支出对的影响路径基本相同,且影响具有稳定性。结论:科学合理的配备医院与医务人员数量能够积极有效的提升我国综合医院医疗效率。数量配备不足与超过必要限度,均将降低我国综合医院整体效率。我国应通过科学的管理与精湛的医疗技术最大限度地提升我国综合医院医疗效率,提升患者满意度,积极引领我国医疗卫生事业高质量发展。

Analysis on the Economic Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors of General Hospitals in China Based on VAR Model

Objective:To clarify the influence factors and influence degree of Chinese general hospitals and improce the high-qualify development of Chinese health industry.Methods:VAR model is applied to carry on the empirical analysis on the main general hospitals in China from 2003—2018.Results:The influencing factors of the number of hospitals,medical personnel quantity,the government expenditure on health,social health expenditure and other factors influence are more obvious.Among them,government health expenditure and social health expenditure have basically the same influence path,and the influence is stable.Conclusion:It is concluded that scientific and reasonable number of hospitals and medical personnel can positively and effectively improve the medical efficiency of China's general hospitals.Insufficient quantity and over the necessary limit will reduce the overall efficiency of China's general hospitals.Through scientific management and exquisite medical technology,China should maximize the medical efficiency of general hospitals in China,improve patient satisfaction,and actively lead the high-quality development of medical and health undertakings in China.
