护士参与新型冠状病毒肺炎患者救治的工作体验

目的了解参与新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者救治护士的护理体验,为传染性突发公共卫生事件应急护理管理提供依据,为提高护士应对疫情的能力提供参考。方法对10名参与COVID-19患者救治的护士进行半结构化深度访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行分析。结果共提炼3个主题,包括:荣誉感和成就感、担心感染及成为传染者、对自身知识缺乏自信。结论在COVID-19的救治护理过程中,护士的工作体验主要为:承担任务带来的荣誉感,为患者提供护理服务的成就感,担心周围同事、朋友的安全,和对自身重症护理知识和应急病房工作流程的不自信。建议护理管理者关注参与COVID-19一线护理人员的心理情况,对其工作多予以肯定;通过调整班次,改善环境降低交叉感染的风险,并尝试新型培训演练方式,提高护士应急能力。

Experience of Nurses Participating in the Treatment of Patients with COVID-19

Objective To understand the nursing experience of nurses participating in the treatment of patients with COVID-19,so as to provide basis for emergency nursing management of infectious public health emergencies,and provide reference for improving the ability of nurses to cope with the epidemic.Methods Ten nurses who participated in the treatment of COVID-19 patients were interviewed semi-structured in-depth,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven step analysis method. Results Three themes were extracted,including sense of honor and achievement,fear of infection and becoming an infector,and lack of confidence in their own knowledge.Conclusion During the treatment and nursing process of COVID-19,the working experience of nurses mainly includes: the sense of honor brought by undertaking tasks,the sense of achievement in providing nursing services for patients,worrying about the safety of colleagues and friends around,and lacking self-confidence in their own critical care knowledge and work process of emergency ward. It is suggested that the nursing managers should pay attention to the psychological situation of the front-line nurses participating in COVID-19,affirm their work more,improve the environment and reduce the risk of cross infection by adjusting the shift,and try new training exercises to improve the emergency response ability of nurses.
