糖尿病肾病患者实施优质护理干预的临床效果分析

目的以糖尿病肾病患者为例,对患者采取优质护理干预的效果进行分析评价。方法该次一共纳入该院收治的糖尿病肾病患者100例作为研究的对象,入选时间为2018年2月—2019年1月,以随机数字分组的方式分成观察组50例、对照组50例;其中,观察组给予优质护理干预,对照组给予一般护理方法,护理工作完成后对两组护理效果进行比较。结果治疗后,观察组的Cr为(52.11±7.63)μmol/L,明显低于对照组的(57.90±7.24)μmol/L;观察组的BUN水平为(6.20±1.14)mmol/L,明显低于对照组的(8.56±1.68)mmol/L;两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(t=6.285、5.127,P<0.05)。观察组SAS评分护理后为(17.65±1.26)分,SDS评分护理后为(18.90±1.27)分;均明显低于对照组SAS评分护理后的(28.34±1.57)分,SDS评分护理后的(28.54±1.60)分;两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(t=11.254、11.239,P<0.05)。在护理总满意度方面,观察组的96.00%,和对照组的60.00%比较显著更高,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.375,P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预的应用,能够改善糖尿病肾病患者肾功能状态,缓解心理压力,提高护理满意度;所以,具备推广及应用的价值。

Analysis of Clinical Effects of Quality Nursing Intervention in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of quality nursing intervention on patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in the hospital were included in this study as the research object.The selection period was from February 2018 to January 2019.They were divided into observation group 50 cases and control group 50 cases by random number grouping;the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention,and the control group was given general nursing methods.After the nursing work was completed,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Cr in the observation group was(52.11±7.63)μmol/L,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(57.90±7.24)μmol/L;the BUN level in the observation group was(6.20±1.14)mmol/L,significantly lower than(8.56±1.68)mmol/L in the control group;the data difference between the two groups was of statistical significance(t=6.285,5.127,P<0.05).In the observation group,SAS score was(17.65±1.26)points after nursing,SDS score was(18.90±1.27)points after nursing;both were significantly lower than the control group(28.34±1.57)points after SAS nursing,SDS score nursing(28.54±1.60)points;the difference in data between the two groups was statistical significance(t=11.254,11.239,P<0.05).In terms of total satisfaction of the nursing,96.00%of the observation group,compared with the control group,60.00%was significantly higher,and the data between the two groups are significantly different(χ^2=12.375,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention can improve the renal function status and relieve psychological stress in patients with diabetic nephropathy,improve nursing satisfaction;therefore,it has the value of promotion and application.
