全程健康教育护理模式在糖尿病护理工作中的应用价值研究

目的以糖尿病患者为例,对全程健康教育护理模式在其中的应用价值进行分析研究。方法该次一共纳入糖尿病患者92例,入选地点为该院,入选时间为2018年1月—2019年1月,按随机数字表法分成两组,每组46例;其中,对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组则加强全程健康教育护理模式的应用,进一步对两组护理效果进行比较。结果经积极护理后,在糖尿病知识掌握率方面,观察组为91.30%,和对照组的71.74%对比显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经积极护理后,在FPG、P2 hPG、HbAlc三项血糖指标水平方面,观察组和对照组比较均明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育护理模式,能够使患者对糖尿病知识的掌握率提高,并改善患者的血糖水平;所以,具备推广及使用的价值。

Research on Application Value of Whole-course Health Education Nursing Model in Diabetes Nursing

Objective To analyze the application value of whole-course health education and nursing model in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 92 diabetic patients were enrolled this time in our hospital.The enrollment time was from January 2018 to January 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with an average of 46 patients in each group;The conventional nursing method was adopted,and the observation group strengthened the application of the whole-course health education nursing mode to further compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results After active nursing,in the knowledge rate of diabetes,the observation group was 91.30%,which was significantly higher than the control group’s 71.74%(P<0.05).After actively nursing,the observation group and the control group were significantly lower in terms of the three blood glucose levels of FPG,P2hPG,and HbAlc(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of a full-course health education and nursing model for patients with diabetes can improve the patient’s grasp of diabetes knowledge and improve the patient’s blood glucose level;therefore,it is valuable for promotion and use.
