“深圳版”疾病诊断术语集的制作和应用研究

专科临床能力评价是实现医院战略目标、体现医院水平的核心手段。作者重点介绍了一套基于C-DRG综合信息平台数据资源的专科临床能力评价的指标体系。通过利用此指标体系对深圳市部分三级公立医院的专科临床能力进行评价后发现,其分析结果与实际情况符合度很高。此指标体系为各级卫生行业管理部门、医院管理者及学科带头人进行专科建设管理提供了量化且相对客观的考核依据,也提示了专科建设努力的方向。

Research on the Production and Application of Shenzhen*s Version of CCDT

As one of the first pilot areas to apply the Pricing and Payment Regulation Chinese Diagnosis Related Groups(C-DRG)in China,Shenzhen has steadily pushed forward the reform of C-DRG.Based on Chinese Clinical Diagnosis Terminology(CCDT),and combined with the local situation in Shenzhen,it develops the Shenzhen's version of CCDT.As a unified database of clinical diagnosis in Shenzhen,CCDT-SZ supports the application of C-DRG and successfully achieves not only the functions of medical insurance payment,but also the standardized management by various levels of health administration and hospital managers,meeting the higher requirements of health reform in the new era.
