循序渐进式康复护理在人工膝关节置换术患者中的应用

目的探讨循序渐进式康复护理对人工膝关节置换术患者膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法将2018年2月至2019年6月我院收治的行人工膝关节置换术患者60例,按随机数表方法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受循序渐进式康复护理,对比两组患者的膝关节功能恢复情况、锻炼依从性及护理前后的生活质量。结果观察组膝关节功能优良率86.67%(26/30)高于对照组60.00%(18/30)(P<0.05);观察组锻炼总依从率96.67%(29/30)高于对照组73. 33%(22/30)(P<0.05);观察组社会、躯体、情绪、角色、认知功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对人工膝关节置换术患者实施循序渐进式康复护理,可有效提高患者的锻炼依从性,促进膝关节功能恢复,改善生活质量,护理效果显著,值得临床推广。

Application of Step-By-Step Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients Undergoing Artificial Knee Replacement

Objective To explore the effect of stepwise rehabilitation nursing on knee function recovery in patients undergoing artificial knee replacement.Methods Sixty patients undergoing artificial knee arthroplasty treated in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with30 cases each. The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received gradual rehabilitation nursing. The knee function recovery,exercise compliance,and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent rate of knee function in the observation group was 86.67%(26/30) higher than that in the control group 60.00%( 18/30)(P<0. 05);the total exercise compliance rate in the observation group was 96. 67%(29/30)higher than the control group 73.33 %(22/30)(P<0.05);the social,physical,emotional,role,and cognitive function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The step-by-step rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing artificial knee replacement surgery can effectively improve the patient’s exercise compliance,promote the recovery of knee function,improve the quality of life,and have significant nursing effect.
