2型糖尿病患者血清肿瘤标志物水平与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白的关系探讨

摘    要:目的对2型糖尿病患者进行血清肿瘤标志物水平检测,并分析其与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标之间的相关性。方法选定100名2型糖尿病患者组建为研究组,选择时间于2017年2月-2019年2月,同时间阶段选择健康人群100名作为对照组;对所有研究人员均实施电化学发光法进行血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)与糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)浓度检测,并对血糖浓度进行测定,采用离子交换高效液相色谱法对糖化血红蛋白进行检测,以此分析血清肿瘤标志物水平与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白的关系。结果研究组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白比对照组均更高,且研究组的血清AFP、CEA与CA19-9浓度均高于对照组(P<0.05);依据相关性数据结果分析可得:AFP、CEA与CA19-9指标与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标之间存在正性相关的关系(P<0.05)。结论对于血糖控制效果不理想的患者可以注重关注其血清肿瘤标志物水平变化。

Abstract:Objective To detect serum tumor marker levels in patients with type 2 diabetes and analyze their correlation with fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin indicators.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the study group.The selection period was from February 2017 to February 2019,and 100 healthy people were selected as the control group at the same time.All researchers were subjected to the electroluminescence method.Detection of serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)concentrations,and determination of blood glucose concentrations,detection of glycated hemoglobin by ion exchange high performance liquid chromatography,to analyze the relationship between serum tumor marker levels and fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin.Results Fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and serum AFP,CEA,and CA19-9 concentrations in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the results were analyzed based on correlation data It can be obtained that there is a positive correlation between AFP,CEA and CA19-9 indicators and fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with poor blood glucose control can pay attention to changes in serum tumor marker levels.
