阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效探讨

目的探究阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法将2018年1月-2019年3月这一时段内于该院接受医治的96例2型糖尿病患者,以随机分组的方法分成两个不同的组别,每组为48例;其中,对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组在此基础上加用阿卡波糖,对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组临床指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FPG(6.52±1.13)mmol/L、2 hPG(7.46±0.87)mmol/L、HbAlc(6.23±0.52)%显著下降,下降程度大于对照组FPG(7.45±1.03)mmol/L、2 hPG(9.54±1.47)mmol/L、HbAlc(8.80±0.64)%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病,降糖效果显著且稳定。

The Effect of Acarbose Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Type2 Diabetes

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acarbose combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 96 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the hospital during the period from January 2018 to March 2019 were randomLy divided into two different groups, with 48 in each group. Among them, the control group was treated with metformin, and the observation group was added with acarbose to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in clinical indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the FPG(6.52±1.13)mmol/L, 2 hPG(7.46±0.87)mmol/L, and HbAlc(6.23±0.52)% in the observation group decreased significantly, and the decline was greater than that in the control group of FPG(7.45±1.03)mmol/L, 2 hPG(9.54±1.47)mmol/L, and HbAlc(8.80±0.64)%. The data of the two groups were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Acarbose combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has a significant and stable hypoglycemic effect.
