眼底激光结合康柏西普治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床效果探究

目的对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者采取眼底激光联合康柏西普治疗的临床疗效进行研究分析。方法选取的112例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者均为该院2018年6月-2019年6月收治,将所有患者按照随机数表法分为两组,每组56例,其中对照组糖尿病性视网膜病变患者行眼底激光治疗;实验组糖尿病性视网膜病变患者在此基础上结合康柏西普治疗,对两组糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果经过治疗发现,和对照组糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的治疗有效率相比,实验组糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的治疗有效率明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的视力水平均有所提升,但实验组患者的视力提升情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组糖尿病性视网膜病变患者在治疗后黄斑区视网膜厚度明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病性视网膜病变患者,采用眼底激光结合康柏西普治疗较单独眼底激光治疗具有更好的治疗效果,且能有效改善患者的视力水平,降低患者的临床症状,具有临床意义。

Fundamental Effect of Fundus Laser Combined with Compaq on the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of fundus laser combined with Compaqip in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods All 112 patients with diabetic retinopathy were treated in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019.All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 56 patients in each group,of which the control group was diabetic retinopathy.Patients underwent retinal laser treatment;in the experimental group,patients with diabetic retinopathy combined with Compaqcept,and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients with diabetic retinopathy were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,it was found that compared with the treatment efficiency of the diabetic retinopathy patients in the control group,the treatment efficiency of the diabetic retinopathy patients in the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The visual acuity level of patients with lesions improved,but the visual improvement of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the diabetic retinopathy patients in the experimental group had significantly less retinal thickness after treatment than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic retinopathy,the treatment of fundus laser combined with Compaqcept is more effective than that of fundus laser alone,and it can effectively improve the patient's vision level and reduce the clinical symptoms of the patient,which has clinical significance.
