综合护理干预措施对冠心病合并糖尿病患者不良情绪及并发症的影响

目的探究综合护理干预措施对冠心病合并糖尿病患者不良情绪及并发症的影响。方法选择该院2018年6月—2019年3月收治的60例冠心病患者合并糖尿病患者作为临床资料,将其随机分为两组,每组30例患者,其中使用常规护理干预措施的患者为对照组,使用综合护理干预措施的患者为观察组。对比两组患者的并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组;观察组患者餐后2 h的血糖含量显著优于对照组;患者的SDS、SAS评分也低于对照组;观察组患者的护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组86.67%。结论对冠心病合并糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预措施,能够有效降低疾病影响,改善护理人员与患者之间的沟通方式,构建稳定、和谐的护患关系,从而有效疏导患者的不良情绪;同时,综合护理干预措施能够针对患者的疾病进行护理,从而降低并发症发生率。

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing Interventions on Adverse Mood and Complications in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Diabetes

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on adverse mood and complications in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes.Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected as clinical data.They were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients each,of which patients using conventional nursing interventions as the control group,patients using comprehensive nursing interventions were the observation group.The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group.The blood glucose content of the patients in the observation group at 2 h after meal was significantly better than that in the control group.The SDS and SAS scores of the patients were also lower than those in the control group.The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than the control group’s 86.67%.Conclusion Implementing comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes can effectively reduce the impact of the disease,improve the way of communication between caregivers and patients,and build a stable and harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,so as to effectively channel the bad mood of patients;meanwhile,comprehensive care interventions can provide care for patients’illnesses,thereby reducing the incidence of complications.
