综合康复护理对脑梗死合并2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及日常生活活动能力的影响

目的将脑梗死合并2型糖尿病患者的有效康复护理措施作为论述中心,就综合康复护理对其血糖水平与日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响进行剖析。方法拟定研究样本总量为96例,选取时间为2017年4月-2019年5月,随机将入选患者分成对照组(n=48,常规化康复护理)及观察组(n=48,综合康复护理),观察对比患者血糖水平变化及日常生活活动能力得分变化情况。结果接受护理干预前,两组患者的FPG、FPG-2 h及GHb等指标值相较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),接受护理干预后两组患者的上述指标均得到改善,且观察组入选患者的改善情况显然较优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者接受干预前的ADL评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预4周后的两组数据对比可见,两组患者的ADL评分均得到改善,且观察组患者的改善程度更佳(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理在脑梗死合并2型糖尿病患者中的实施可有效改善患者的血糖水平,同时帮助患者提升日常生活活动能力,临床应用及推广价值高。

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Blood Glucose Level and Activities of Daily Living in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Combined with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To take effective rehabilitation nursing measures for patients with cerebral infarction combined with type 2 diabetes as the center of discussion,and analyze the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on their blood glucose level and daily living activity(ADL).Methods A total of 96 study samples were prepared.The selection period was from April 2017 to May 2019.The selected patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=48,conventional rehabilitation nursing)and the observation group(n=48,comprehensive rehabilitation nursing),observe and compare the changes of patients'blood glucose levels and changes in daily life activity scores.Results Before receiving the nursing intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the values of FPG,FPG-2h,and GHb in the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The above indexes of the two groups of patients were improved after receiving the nursing intervention,and the observation group of improvement of the selected patients was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the ADL score between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The comparison of the data in the group showed that the ADL scores of the two groups of patients were improved,and the improvement of the patients in the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction combined with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients,and at the same time help patients to improve their daily living activities,which has high clinical application and promotion value.
