老年重度烧伤合并糖尿病患者的护理效果观察

目的探索对老年重度烧伤合并糖尿病患者实施护理产生的临床效果。方法在该院筛选出68例老年重度烧伤合并糖尿病患者,时间选为2016年5月—2018年5月,使用抽签法对68例患者进行分组,各34例。实施一般护理为对照组,在一般护理基础上实施优化护理为实验组,观察两组产生的护理效果,并对护理后老年日后生活质量进行评估。结果对比两组护理总有效率,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组护理前后生活质量进行分析,护理前两组数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组都有显著改善,但实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年重度烧伤并糖尿病患者实施优化护理临床效果更佳,可以促进其早日恢复,提升了日后生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Observation on Nursing Effect of Elderly Severe Burn Patients with Diabetes

Objective To explore the clinical effects of nursing for elderly patients with severe burns and diabetes.Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients with severe burns and diabetes were selected in the hospital.The time was selected from May 2016 to May 2018,and 68 patients were grouped by lot method,each with 34 patients.The general nursing was performed as the control group,and the optimized nursing was implemented as the experimental group based on the general nursing.The nursing effect produced by the two groups was observed,and the quality of life of the elderly after the nursing was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of nursing was compared between the two groups.The experimental group was higher than the control group with a statitically significant difference(P<0.05).The quality of life before and after the two groups was analyzed.There was no difference statitically significant between the two groups before the nursing(P>0.05).The latter two groups had significant improvement,but the experimental group was better than the control group with a statitically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing the clinical effect of optimizing nursing for elderly severely burned and diabetic patients can promote their early recovery and improve their quality of life in the future.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
