江苏省健康产业发展升级的驱动因素、问题与对策

在《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》的战略背景下,对江苏省健康产业的现状、驱动因素及问题进行研究分析,发现江苏省健康产业在稳步发展的同时也存在医药产业两极分化严重,复合型人才少、人才保有量低,健康服务业市场不规范等诸多问题。为推进江苏省健康产业进一步发展升级,针对性提出对策:发挥政府职能、完善配套政策;制定高层次人才引进计划和发展战略;增加高质量健康产品及服务的供给;加快"互联网+"融入健康产业。

The Driving Factors,Problems and Countermeasures for the Development and Upgrading of Health Industry in Jiangsu Province

Under the strategic background of the“Healthy China 2030”Planning Outline,it analyzes the current situation,driving factors and problems of the health industry in Jiangsu Province,and finds that the health industry in Jiangsu Province is developing steadily and also has many problems such as the serious polarization of the pharmaceutical industry,fewer compound talents,low talent retention and non-standard health service market.In order to promote the further development and upgrading of the health industry in Jiangsu Province,it proposes to play the government's functions and improve supporting policies;formulate high-level talent introduction plans and development strategies;increase the supply of high-quality health products and services;accelerate the“Internet+”incorporating into the health industry.
