| 摘 要： | 价值医疗体系中,付款人追求物有所值,采用基于价值的定价和支付,管理创新药物对基金预算的影响和健康产出的不确定性。通过对价值定价、适应症特异性定价、按结果付费及按揭定价等模式的分析,为我国的创新药品医保准入提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In the value-based healthcare system,public payers pursue value for money,adopt value-based pricing and reimburse ment,and manage the impact of innovative drugs on the fund budgets and the uncertainty in health outcomes.Through the analysis of the models of value-based pricing,indication-specific pricing,pay-for-result,mortgage pricing,etc.,it provides references for innova tive drug medical insurance access in China. |
