急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者行整体护理的临床效果报道

目的探析急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者实施整体护理的临床效果。方法将2018年1月-2019年1月在该院急诊进行治疗的78例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者选为研究对象,采用随机数表法均分为对照组(n=39)与研究组(n=39)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施整体护理,对两组护理效果、心理状态评分及满意度进行统计对比。结果研究组护理总有效率为94.87%,对照组为79.49%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后抑郁、焦虑评分均低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度为97.44%,对照组为82.05%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者实施整体护理后,可显著提高临床效果,改善患者心理状态,同时提高患者满意度,是一种值得临床借鉴与应用的护理方式。

Report on the Clinical Effect of Holistic Nursing for Emergency Diabetic Ketoacidosis Patients

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of holistic nursing in emergency diabetic ketoacidosis patients.Methods A total of 78 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis who were treated in the emergency department of the hospital from January2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(n=39)and study group(n=39)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,and the study group received holistic nursing care.The nursing effect,mental state score,and satisfaction were statistically compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing was 94.87%in the study group and 79.49%in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The depression and anxiety scores of the study group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was 97.44%,and that of the control group was 82.05%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis can significantly improve the clinical effect,improve the psychological state of patients,and improve patient satisfaction at the same time.It is a nursing method worthy of clinical reference and application.
