| 摘 要： | 以我国新疆维吾尔自治区的南疆贫困地区建档立卡贫困人口为研究对象,在贫困疾病恶性循环理论框架基础之上,通过调查研究,探讨家庭医生签约服务政策的可及性,从中发现问题并提出建议,为推动贫困地区家庭医生签约服务政策的健康运行提供依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the theoretical framework of the vicious circle of poverty,it takes the poor people in the poverty-stricken ar eas of southern Xinjiang as the research object,through the statistical analysis of questionnaires,explores the effect of the accessibili ty of family doctors’contract service policies,and finds out the problems in the operation of the service policy so as to provide a ba sis for promoting the healthy operation of the family doctors contract service policy in poverty-stricken areas. |
