糖尿病牙周炎患者口腔健康教育的效果观察及效果评价

目的分析糖尿病牙周炎患者口腔健康教育的效果观察及效果评价。方法在该院患者中选取2018年8月-2019年8月共60例2型糖尿病合并牙周病患者作为该次研究对象,以电脑随机的方法将他们对半分为两组,即对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规的治疗和护理干预,而实验组则在常规治疗和护理的基础上对患者开展口腔健康教育。治疗结束后,对患者治疗的效果、患者满意度以及患者的健康知识知晓率和复诊率进行对比分析。结果实验组糖尿病牙周炎患者在治疗后治疗有效率(93.3%)高于对照组(73.3%)(P<0.05)。实验组的治疗满意度(93.3%)也高于对照组(70.0%)(P<0.05)。实验组的健康知识知晓率(90.0%)和复诊率(93.3%)高于对照组的健康知识知晓率(60.0%)和复诊率(63.3%)(P<0.05)。结论对牙周炎患者进行口腔健康教育可以有效提升糖尿病牙周病患者治疗有效率,提高2型糖尿病合并牙周病患者的总体满意度和健康知识知晓率以及复诊率。

Observation and Evaluation of Oral Health Education in Patients with Diabetic Periodontitis

Objective To analyze the effect of oral health education on patients with diabetic periodontitis and its effect evaluation.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes and periodontal disease from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as patients in our hospital,and they were divided into two groups by computer random method,namely the control group and the test group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing intervention,while the experimental group provided patients with oral health education based on conventional treatment and care.After the treatment was completed,the effect of the patient's treatment,the patient's satisfaction,and the patient's health knowledge awareness rate and follow-up consultation rate were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,patients with diabetic periodontitis in the experimental group were more effective(93.3%)than the control group(73.3%)(P<0.05)was statistically significant.The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group(93.3%)was also higher than that of the control group(70.0%)(P<0.05)was statistically significant.The health knowledge awareness rate(90.0%)and the follow-up consultation rate(93.3%)in the experimental group were higher than the health knowledge awareness rate(60.0%)and the follow-up consultation rate(63.3%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral health education for patients can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of patients with diabetic periodontal disease,improve the overall satisfaction rate of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with periodontal disease,the awareness rate of health knowledge,and the rate of follow-up consultations.
