分析针对性护理在老年白内障合并糖尿病患者全麻术中的影响效果

目的研究针对性护理在老年白内障合并糖尿病患者全麻术中的影响效果。方法根据随机数字表法将2018年8月-2019年7月期间该院接收的老年白内障合并糖尿病患者88例分为两组,对照组44例予以常规护理,观察组44例采取针对性护理。将两组的围术期血糖水平、术后并发症发生情况进行比对。结果观察组老年白内障合并糖尿病患者麻醉诱导前5 min、手术开始后15 min、术后气管拔管后30 min的血糖水平以及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全麻会影响老年白内障合并糖尿病患者术中血糖水平,实施针对性护理可减小术中血糖波动幅度,并发症少,更有助于患者术后康复。

Analysis of the Effect of Targeted Nursing in General Anesthesia for Elderly Cataract Patients with Diabetes

Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing in general anesthesia for elderly cataract patients with diabetes.Methods According to the random number table method,88 elderly patients with cataract and diabetes received in the hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were divided into two groups,44 patients in the control group were given routine care,and 44 patients in the observation group were given targeted care.The perioperative blood glucose levels and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose levels in the observation group of elderly cataract patients with diabetes 5 minutes before anesthesia induction,15 minutes after the start of surgery,30 minutes after tracheal extubation and the incidence of postoperative complications were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia will affect the blood glucose level of elderly patients with cataract combined with diabetes.The implementation of targeted care can reduce the fluctuation of blood glucose during the operation and reduce the complications.
